Ownership
You run your scope like a contract you signed personally — from first takeoff to signed-off install.
Atelier runs bespoke fabrication as one accountable package — engineering, pricing, production, delivery, and install. We hire people who own outcomes end to end, not slices of them.
A handful of people run projects worth millions. Everything moves through one platform — approvals, milestones, QC evidence — so your work is visible, and so is your win.
High trust, high autonomy — no layers between you and the outcome you're accountable for.
On the record — approvals, milestones, and QC evidence run through the platform, in the open.
Field and floor — we walk sites, visit production floors, and stand next to the piece being measured.
Own the front end of the service: turn SketchUp models, PDFs, and spec books into a scoped, costed bespoke package across the bespoke trades. You break drawing sets down line by line, price from machine time rather than markup, and hand engineering a number a factory can hold. Deep familiarity with millwork, casegoods, metal, or stone estimating; fluent reading architects' sets at project scale.
Apply for this role →Own the delivery end: freight, staging, on-site assembly and installation, and the QC-to-install handoff. You take packages verified to The Atelier Standard and make “delivered and installed as one” real in the field — coordinating GCs, schedules, and install crews until the room opens as drawn.
